We actively source and price debt opportunities through an established borrower and brokerage network. We then underwrite, conduct detailed due diligence, appropriately structure, and finalize legal documentation for investment opportunities that fit the investor’s risk and return expectations.

MANAGEMENT

Once an investment has closed, we continuously engage with borrowers including regular property and construction site visits.​ This process also incorporates regular reviews of the property’s progress and performance and concludes with periodic reporting tailored to the investor’s needs.
